On January 28 and 29, 2013, Amy Ellen Duke-Benfield facilitated the second annual meeting of the seven college sites participating in Benefits Access for College Completion (BACC). BACC’s goal was to seed scalable and sustainable policies and practices that connect low-income students to an array of public benefits in order to increase the number of students earning postsecondary credentials.
