CLASP supports the NPRM provisions which seek to protect individuals who are limited English proficient, LGBTQ+ persons, persons with disabilities and chronic conditions, and persons needing reproductive health services. The final rule must not only provide protections for each protected class covered, but the intersection of those protections.
