In this letter to the chairman and ranking member of the House Committee on Education and Labor, CLASP presents recommendations to promote high-quality apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships to ensure that students with low incomes, students of color, immigrants, and students impacted by the justice system can access high-quality Registered Apprenticeships.
