CLASP Comments on Standard for Determining Joint-Employer Status
The Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP) supports the National Labor Relations Board’s (the Board, or the NLRB) proposed rulemaking that revises and clarifies the responsibilities of contracting employers under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA, or the Act), bringing coverage in line with the longstanding scope of common-law definitions of employer and the intent of the Act.
