CLASP wrote comments in opposition to a proposed rule that would repromulgate or revise certain regulatory provisions of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards. The rule would have the effect of rolling back key anti-discrimination protections and blatantly allowing discrimination by agencies and programs funded by HHS.
