CLASP submitted initial comments to the Department of Education (ED) on the Perkins V State Plan template on December 12, 2018. In response to CLASP’s request, ED agreed in its supporting documents to add the federal definition of “career pathway” to the plan template. However, the definition was inadvertently omitted from the actual template. These comments ask the Department to add the definition of career pathway to the template, as it indicated it would.
