CLASP is joined by over 70 national, state, and local organizations in calling on Senate Leadership and the Biden-Harris Administration to pass the Build Back Better (BBB) Act with a pathway to citizenship by any means possible, including by disregarding the parliamentarian’s opinion. Congress is ultimately responsible for delivering on its long overdue promise to pass a path to citizenship. Doing so will support the healthy development and long-term success of millions of children and youth, and lift a quarter of a million children in immigrant families out of poverty.
