CLASP helped lead the development of an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court describing the traumatic impact of a DACA rescission on recipients’ children. The brief was co-authored by Persyn Law & Policy and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP for the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, the American Academy of Pediatriccs, CLASP, and other children’s advocacy organizations, medical professionals, and child development experts.
