Using the Building Strong Foundations Framework, CLASP and ZERO TO THREE co-hosted a webinar highlighting opportunities to use the American Rescue Plan Act to support young children and their families. From CLASP, Christine Johnson-Staub and Ashley Burnside presented on the first panel regarding various opportunities while Tiffany Ferrette moderated the second panel on states’ plans regarding the Act and how their policies will advance equity.
