Stephanie Tellis is the racial equity manager at CLASP. In this role she supports the implementation of CLASP’s racial equity mission, values, and vision. Prior to joining CLASP, Stephanie served as a middle and high school educator in public, charter, and independent schools for over 10 years—in addition to working as a diversity coordinator and consultant. She is passionate about leveraging the fields of education and diversity, equity, and inclusion to help make the world a more equitable place. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in African American studies from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Arts in teaching from Bard College.
