Molly Bashay
Molly Bashay is a senior policy analyst with the Education, Labor & Worker Justice team at CLASP. Her work centers around building equitable pathways to quality training and employment opportunities for workers and their families. Prior to joining CLASP, Molly worked as a policy analyst with National Skills Coalition, focusing on state-facing policy and technical assistance across issues of workforce development, supportive services, and racial equity. Molly has also worked with the federal government on issues of the future of work and public trust in government institutions, and with a small Mississippi nonprofit on community economic development and education and workforce policy. Molly received her master’s degree in European Union public policy from James Madison University, and a bachelor’s degree in government and environmental policy from the College of William & Mary.
