Marquelle Ogletree is an Emerson Fellow from the Congressional Hunger Center. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. While in school, Marquelle served as the student director for Changemakers’ Dialogue and interned with the Florida legislature. Her field placement with the Congressional Hunger Center was on the policy team at Hunger Free Oklahoma, where she focused on examining barriers to SNAP access, made policy recommendations, and developed advocacy materials. At CLASP, Marquelle is part of the Public Benefits Justice Team.
