Denise Boone is the senior human resources manager at CLASP. An experienced HR professional with over 15 years of experience, Denise most recently served as the Senior Benefits & Special Projects Manager at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Denise’s background also includes positions in human resources at the American Association for the Advancement of Science and for the government of Washington, D.C., among others.

Denise has extensive experience with and knowledge of operations, people management, employee training and professional development, employment laws and compliance, benefits, and employee/employer relations. Denise works with the HR team to help shape the organization’s operational policies in line with CLASP’s anti-poverty and racial equity mission. Denise has both a bachelor’s of science and master’s of science in business administration from Strayer University-Maryland.
