Consuelo Martinez considers herself a devout Catholic who attends church every Sunday, but the looming threat of large-scale raids that could result in thousands of immigrants being deported has her questioning her ritual.

“Should I really go to church or not?” Martinez said in Spanish. “I don’t know what will happen until I wake up that day.”
