On Monday, June 9, 2014, at the National Association for the Education of Young Children Professional Development Institute in Minneapolis, MN, Stephanie Schmit and Hannah Matthews presented Expanding Access to Early Head Start. This presentation highlighted state initiatives that target at-risk infants and toddlers through state enhancements or expansions of Early Head Start.
