• California Career Pathways Framework 
  CLASP studied the core components and criteria incorporated in nine major federal and California-specific career pathways models and legislation.  These ingredients were synthesized into a set of six elements that compose  high quality systems supporting career pathway programs.
• California Community Colleges Doing What Matters Career Pathways Design 
  Strong Workforce Task Force Recommendation #3 states: “Develop and broadly publicize industry-informed career pathways that prepare students for jobs needed within the regional labor market.” This site includes system frameworks, program design, and guided pathway resources.
• Career Pathways Explained: A multimedia overview 
  The explainer can be a good starting place for career pathway unified and/or combined planning teams consolidating a shared career pathway vision and strategy. The PowerPoint version is customizable for use.
• Career Pathways Toolkit: An Enhanced Guide and Workbook for System Development
  12 federal agencies are lifting up the work of Alliance states and others in their guidance to the field and in their online toolkit that features many CLASP/Alliance resources: the Alliance design in Element 3, CLASP’s braided funding toolkit in Element 4, and Alliance metrics in Element 6. Each section of the toolkit is available to be downloaded as a separate document.
